The room was tidy and clean (except carpet). It was good space by NY standards and the bathroom was more than big enough and clean. Shame that the elevator was broken during our stay but the room on a lower floor was not really an issue. Front desk personnel very friendly and helpful.

Staff was extremely personable and helpful. They held our bags for us so that we could explore before our room was ready. Rooms were chic and modern and clean. Location was amazing with 3 different subway stops within walking distance. Close to local coffee shops, restaurants, and bars. Absolutely would stay here again!!

the room was nice and confortable, but I had issues with the cleaning of the room. they didn't make the bed for 2 consecutive days and one day they didn't clean the bathroom. although I chose breakfast included, there was a limit of 15$ and the rest was on me. Extremely inconsistent and poorly managed hotel. I was repeatedly locked out of my room and given conflicting information about charges and card holds - even when I showed proof directly from my bank and was accused of lying. Staff communication was unprofessional, and some refused to give their names while male being openly being confrontational and obstructive. After filing a formal complaint, I was told there would be an “investigation,” and response within 48 hours, but this has not been the case. There was no follow-up, no accountability, and no apology. The hotel completely ignored the issues and failed to address any part of my experience. One of the most unprofessional and inconsistent hotel stays I’ve had. I strongly recommend avoiding this property.
