Absolutely disgusted, I will never use Travelocity again, I can’t believe you guys allow this on your platform. My fam and I refused to stay here we turned right around and went to the from desk to complain, we also called Travelocity and was only issued a partial refund after being promised our refund.

This property is disgusting. No up keeping and there were no towels to shower in the bathroom. The sheets were stained. Overpriced hotel overall. This people don’t care about managing a clean hotel.

Run the opposite direction. It is not worth it!!!!
This hotel was not at all what was advertised. It was like staying in a trap house with the worst bed. The bed was sagging in the middle so bad we could barely sleep. There were no blankets, just a sheet. Also, wires were hanging off of the wall, and dead roaches in the bathroom. I totally believe in staying in budget-friendly hotels but this was horrible.

Bugs everywhere
There were cockroaches in our room and all they did was give us a can of raid. There were some in our bathroom and on our bed.
