ROW NYC
"Wish you could opt out of the extra fees for discounts etc, as we didn't use any of it. Only thing we used was wifi, which most hotels have for free anyway. Great hotel, but their elevator system is poor. Takes a long time for elevators and they're usually always full. They have 8, but they don't all go to every floor, if they did, it would have made things much easier! We decided to take the stairs one day as we were waiting nearly 10 minutes for an elevator. We went to the very bottom, and they didn't take us to the lobby? It was a basement of some sort. So we walked back up one floor to try for the elevator again, and many floors were under construction (which is fine). We ended up walking back up several floors to finally get the elevator. So it's odd that the stairs don't lead to the lobby or a proper way out. Would hate to see how things would play out in the event of an emergency! Otherwise, the hotel was great, clean, spacious and comfortable. Great area, and close to most of the main attractions you'd want to be in NY for!"
