Nice and clean.

Staff was very friendly. Transportation was right on time. We had a very short night and early morning checkout. Room was very clean and everything functioned as it should. Very close and convenient to JFK Airport.

Hotel was comfortable and convenient for an overnight stop over at JFK airport. but the hotel could use more careful attention to detail. Torn carpeting in the elevators. A bathrobe hanger that had been removed and not replaced in the bathroom. No waste basket in the bathroom. Only one coffee pod in the room. These are small details, but indicative of a need for more care.

The actual hotel makes up for the terrible view of the mess across the street. The staff was friendly, helpful and kind. The room is not huge but clean and efficient; plus nice hot showers! The breakfast was average for the brand as well. I appreciated the late night options for food and drink in the lobby. For other dining options, you will have to walk or take a ride service to get there due the location
