Staff was very friendly. Hotel is smaller than average but good for the area in NYC. Room had some wear and tear. Under the beds need dusting. Room floors might need a deep clear or resurface. Towels were commendable. Overall for a small hotel served our needs to attend a track meet at the Armory. Cannot beat the short walk.

The room was clean, the staff was kind and accommodating. Since the subway station is like 20ft from the hotel, getting around the city was easy.

Friendly, welcoming staff. The room was so clean. Small food items available to purchase at the office like milk for your coffee or tea. In the basement is a nice community room with a TV, tables, microwave, paper plates, cups and plasticware. Very comfortable bed & temperature & had a great view of midtown from our 10th floor room. The many restaurants nearby are very reasonable with great breakfast or lunch sandwiches and some restaurants had very good early bird specials. The # 1 subway train is just 2 blocks away. About a 25 minute ride to get to Midtown. Can get a senior OMNY card right at the 168th St. Station with a drivers license. When returning evenings, took a cab. Office staff gave us local # for a cab to the airport. Much more expensive on a weekday than weekend. We will definitely return when back in NYC.
