We only spent one night so we didn't use the facilities. The room however was very clean. It was small but the space was used very effectively. I would definitely return and recommend the hotel to others.

Extremely convenient walking distance to shops restaurants and subway. Hotel staff very professional and helpful all the time. Hotel room clean and quiet you will sleep great. Shout out to Luis for letting us check in earlier so we can get some rest. Only thing i didn’t like was the housekeeping, was not very clean the floors and bathroom was not properly disinfected daily. Overall 4 stars out of 5.

The staff is extremely nice and friendly. This is a small hotel, fully remodeled, clean, and modern. Very convenient and just steps away from public transportation. An excellent find for travelers seeking comfort and value without overspending, especially during the high season.

The positives are super close to transportation and the hospital we were going to and the staff was friendly. The negatives include: Mirror in the room was dirty, bed was lumpy, air conditioner leaked and dripped water all over my stuff, very small room but not super unusual for NY, the room was super expensive the week we stayed (over $500 a night before taxes and service charges and we stayed 4 nights) and i had higher expectations for this price point. We asked for additional tiny bottles of water after our first night and were told they could only give us the ones we got the first night.

Staff is super friendly. I e stayed before how we this stay was different. Upon entering our room, it smelled strongly like a mix of mildew and chemicals. As if they used a dirty mop to clean. That smell finally went away the next day but the air conditioner smelled musty and mildewy the whole time. Each time it kicked on, it gave a fresh blast of mildew.
