Everything was great within. No parking but that’s NYC. Did park on next block and walked. Subway close by to get to WTC and other locations. Staff was helpful. Breakfast was organized. Small dining area so you may have to wait to be seated so get there early

This hotel is so noisy and the doors and walls mind as well not exist. I could hear people slamming their doors every hour from my room. If you are a light sleeper, this place is not for you. I was on speaker phone with my mother and she could hear the people talking in the hallway and thought it was my TV.

The stay itself was fine, but I was very disappointed to discover a hidden $60 deposit fee that was not mentioned anywhere during booking. I only learned about it upon arrival, and was told it would be reimbursed after four (4) weeks. Transparency about all fees is important — guests should be informed of this upfront.

Did not like this Hotel much, It is located in a dirty and smelly street with shady people smoking pot at the corner. The room we stayed in was very small and not comfortable at all for a family of 4. We waited 15 minutes for the elevator every time. There is not parking at the premises and only valet parking which cost $85/night (No in and Out). The only thing good about this Hotel is the breakfast which was included and has many food choices. We will not stay here again and I do not recommend,
