We loved the fact that the shuttle runs to the airport every 20 mins, and they also have a shuttle that picks you up from where you return a rental car. The room was nice and clean. Beds could be comfier, but I've stayed in much worse. Free breakfast was good too! Our tv had a color problem (looked mostly blue), and the AC/heat was not working as it should with the wall thermostat.

The room was clean, but the staff was not friendly and it really didn’t seem like they knew much about the area or even their own hotel. We called and asked about the free shuttle from the airport, and the woman didn’t give us a clear answer, so we ended up waiting an extra 30-40 minutes. When we tried to take a shower, the shower didn’t work. So I tried to call the front desk and the line was dead from the room phone. When we called the actual hotel number the guy was rude, helpful but rude. When checking out the same thing happened with the shuttle, the woman told us to wait outside for it, but the shuttle only stopped at the hotel down the street, so we ended up having to run to it while carrying all of our bags. Overall, it wasn’t a great experience and were I to go to New York again, I would definitely look somewhere else.
