Staff was very friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed the shuttle drivers. They gave us great tips on city experiences and were very engaging. Rooms were clean and comfy.

Room was very clean, room serviced properly, water was actually the only problem. I had to be a safe cracker to get the shower temp right. But other than that it was perfect.

We didn’t eat breakfast. The front desk staff were very courteous and helpful. The room was clean except for the shower surround which looked like it was corroded. And the toilet paper was frustratingly thin!

Breakfast great. Staff not concerned as might expect that there was no hot water first night. Photos show pool labeled Hampton Inn but actually you need to walk next door to Doubletree. It was 28 degrees. Water issue including blasts of air and rusty water from tap. Eventually cleared. Room clean, housekeeping friendly. Shuttle on time.
