It was very nice overall. Fabulous location and generous breakfast. My only negative was that we did get stuck in the elevator because 2 people crowded on and overloaded elevator. We were stuck for what felt like a long time and when we were finally let off, the staff member lectured us instead of being kind and apologetic.

Staff were courteous and waitstaff for breakfast very hard working. Beds are always super comfortable and I sleep very well. Noise levels are good. I only hear the closing of doors but very minor interruption. Free breakfast is good. I like the food better some days than others but there is a good variety to eat something whether it’s bagels and cereal yogurt fruity or something hot. Coffee is good. I wish the hot beverages were available in evening too. Construction in lobby made things cramped an was loud at times. I wasn’t aware of this going on when I made reservation. Elevator service is ok. It’s gets busy and it might take vs awhile before we could hop on. We love the proximity to the things we love to do in NYC. Easily walkable. We love the close location to the pizza and ice cream shops across the street.

The only reason I’m unsatisfied my stay is because of the mattress. I woke up sore and beat up every morning due to mattress being all spring. Aside from that, I really enjoyed my stay.
