The elevator situation was terrible!! Beware. We were waiting in hallways for 20+ minutes to take the elevator. We were on the 16th floor, so the stairway was not easy for a great option. In our 27+ years of traveling- this was the first “elevator problem” we’d ever experienced. Rooms were clean, extremely small, and after waiting in lines to get the included breakfast at 8:30am, we set our plates down and walked to a nearby restaurant- there were ZERO seats to eat your breakfast, and people standing everywhere. Rooms were extremely small. They were closet size. Bathroom was extremely small could barely move around in it. If I was heavy set person I wouldn’t have been able to fit in the bathroom.

The location of the hotel is right off Times Square. So there’s lots of activities in the neighborhood and everything is walkable. Overall, the condition of the hotel was fine. Our room was not so great. It was small which we expected but access to the room was a headache. There was a door right before our door so we had to open two heavy doors in order to get in or out of our room. We had to prop up the first one to open the second one.

The elevators were a nightmare We had to go up and down 13 floors at the stairs The hotel was fully booked and we were waiting more than an hour for available elevator which eventually we gave up and went by the stairs .

This was a great location and the staff is amazing. The elevator can be slow in the morning. Breakfast is chaotic, but they keep it well stocked and tables cleared. Rooms are very small, but nice.
