The staff was AWESOME!!!! The check-in was seamless, front desk personnel was very friendly and always offered a warm welcome. The bell staff were very attentive and very accessible for luggage assistance. The amenities were beyond expectations. They think of everything (small details go a long way), like dental needs, shower caps etc. I The casino needs a major overhaul (coming soon). I will DEFINITELY RETURN for another stay.

Everything was quiet nice until my husband came downstairs for lunch and his keys couldn’t work to go back to his room, the refuse to program back his keys, so he was left out until I get back, although we spent 5 nights there the security guards even questioned him. I was very disappointed cause we always stay there when we visit.

We didn't have but one towel in the room for two people and when we called, the staff was attentive and provided us more towels to with no problem. The room was beautiful and clean. Everything went well! I will only complain about the parking garage. Every level smells like urine.

The casino was clean and had plenty of gaming options. The hotel room was well firntand even smelled nice. I will def be staying there again when I'm near the airport.
