Smooth friendly check-in, but there was a vent banging above our room all night. The only concern is the outside area and safety at night.

1. Heating did not work in first room and had to change 2. Cannot get through to front desk on phone 3. Had to report issue several times and eventually just grab maintenance guy myself 4. Elevator was faulty 5. Avoid room 801...an awful clanging noise, every couple of mintues for the entire duration of my stay. I was there for one night so didn't bother complaining but guessing they know about the issue as that was the room that was free Pros: Clean, and warm (once heating works). Good condition.
