Absolutely loved my stay. This was my first time staying in this area of the city and this hotel exceeded my expectations. The room was spacious and clean. Huge bathrooms with great lighting for getting ready. The bar/lounge was gorgeous with amazing views at night. I felt safe in the area even at 2 am coming back from the bar as a woman. Will definitely be coming back.

We come from Texas so I guess everything is different in New York. That said Cloud One was nice and for the most part the service was good, the room was tiny for what we paid for it. Very centrally located to our chosen sites to visit. All in all a nice place to stay.
