The entire frontline staff- Singh, David, Lesly, Felix, Carolyn, Lesa, are the best. All extremely professional and friendly. We never stay anywhere else when we come from out of state because we know we won’t have any issues and we won’t be disappointed. The housekeeping staff is awesome also- this hotel is immaculate every time we stay. And then there’s the in-house restaurant- The Brooklyn Lantern. All I can say is you won’t want to eat anywhere else. We give The Box House ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ every time we stay there.

Loved the decor which is the main reason for our stay. Very convenient travel for the event we were heading to and felt safe. Gorgeous style and pleasant and super helpful staff. Would absolutely stay here again. Maybe a possible photo shoot next time 😊

This hotel is so nice to stay at. The staff is excellent and very friendly. My room is always nice and really appreciate the chocolate on my pillow as a welcome gift.

They forced me to upgrade my room. Apparently Travelocity users are secondary customers. It's amazing that they are the ones using Travelocity to book their rooms and actually, verbally state that because of the rate we paid, they get to provide horrible service. I'm really questioning and looking at alternatives to Travelocity. This seems to be the theme. I book a lot of travel, and encourage my co-workers to do the same. Not any further.

Excellent location for visiting our daughter and son in law living in Greenpoint. Fantastic room decorated beautifully with a refrigerator, good sized bathroom, and plenty of counter and storage space.
