Everything and i mean everything was amazing about this hotel every single staff member is super sweet and friendly, rooms are spotless and big and prefect, prices are great if you bundle. There is plenty to walk to around if not train right down the road the only thing that was bad was the parking ill never ever take a car again no where to park at all.

The staff at 3 PM was a highlight. Everyone was professional. My issue mainly was the room and the fact that this hotel did not show adequate photos of the room prior to my day the room itself was clean. There were a few damages that could easily been fixed some spackling work.

The location was great for our needs. I’m glad I brought my headphones and sleep mask but usually travel with those items anyway. It was a bit noisy but it’s the City so was expected. We were a little disappointed the restaurant was never open while we were there, unless you pre-ordered the breakfast, but there were excellent options nearby. Le Fanfare was excellent and for breakfast Bakeri is a must. Comfy, seating, great coffee, food and service.

The beautiful decor stood out, our room was clean when we arrived and cleaning service was extremely respectful with of our privacy. Their coffee is delicious, I didn't feel the need to go out for a latte. The gym and sauna were clean and accessible, we enjoyed every day we stayed.
