The rooms were very clean, and the design of the hotel and rooms was very impressive, making our stay feel luxurious. The staff was kind and helpful. They offer a free shuttle service to LGA, which was a major bonus for us. Would absolutely recommend.

Front Desk personnel deserve 5 stars. Polite, professional and polite. Shuttle service gets one star. We were waiting outside where we were directed to go. On arrival to waiting area we called. They informed us they would arrive in 15 minutes. After waiting in below freezing temperatures for 25 minutes, we took a taxi to the hotel. Engineer came up to adjust heat, awesome. Less than a minute he was done. Also receives 5 stars. Restaurant and housekeeping very good. Prices for amenities insane. Plain out greed. $40 nightly! Walk a block it’s $25 overnight. Complimentary water; first night only. Wanted mineral water 12 oz; $8. Deli a half block away. Only hurts the employees’ tips. There are many other hotels in the vicinity.

The room was spacious, and clean. I had to request a few things upon arrival so not sure if it was really prepped for me but that’s the only reason I didn’t give it a 5. Had to request Body Wash, slippers, and a robe. Overall loved my room, people at the front desk were welcoming and nice. check in and checkout was easy. The on site restaurant was good for dinner great food and service. Brunch not so much, food was good but the service wasn’t that great, at a point they forgot one of the items we ordered and it wasn’t packed. They did not feel very welcoming. Would I go back to the hotel overall ? Yes :)

My stay here was nice, the hotel was relatively new so everything else was pretty new and clean which we liked. The only thing that was a minor issue was that our room was near the staff room and sometimes it would get loud because if the staff walking in and out the that closet space.

They missed housekeeping on thr first day. Second we haf to call and there wad no shampoo and none of the housekeeping sraff speaks English. At the end they charge gor in room wifi, but i was member and shouldn't have been charged. I had to get it reversed on check out which shouldn't have happened.

Clean room, very nice hotel, luxurious. Very nice showers. Nice restaurant, but expensive. Good room service. No drinking fountains or vending machines. Pool hours aren’t open long enough. Noise in hallways can be heard easily in rooms.
