Perfect stay

After a long time for not getting away, this weekend makes me want to do it more. The hotel was absolutely perfect. The room was larger then expected. The extras, microwave, fridge and pull out couch, could work for when we stay next time. The pool and Jacuzzi was great the next day after a concert. Yea that area could use a remodel, but who cares when everything worked. We weren't sure what activities were available during the winter season. So we asked the concierge and she found plenty of activities to do. And they were all within walking distance, if your up for it. All in all, it was like a second honeymoon for my wife and I. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who cares, lol.

within walking distance to restaurants, casino, al

Love the room, particularly the bed was very comfortable. This hotel is children friendly, with lots of activities in the compound, including a indoor medium size pool.

Very Close to the Falls

We got there a little after midnight on a Wednesday. The guy at the front huffed and acted like we were bothering him when we checked in. The room was okay for what we paid. There was a microwave and fridge, so that was nice. The bathroom floor had hair on it when we got there. The bed sheet had a stain on it. No free breakfast and breakfast buffet is only on the weekend. The coffee and hot tea in the lounge was nice, though. We were very close to everything though. Walking distance to the Falls, many restaurants, the Casino, and a Starbucks. It really was a good deal for the amount of money we paid. It isn't fancy, but we never spend much time in our room. I would probably stay here again.

close to the falls, but lacking something

Pros: the location was great, very close to the falls
Cons: bathroom updating would help the most although just overall updates be great. Everything seemed a bit dated (and not in a vintage/historical way)
Location: Very close to Goat Island/Horseshoe Falls. $6 to park so if the weather is good just walk. The Niagara Falls Culinary Institute is across the street.
We only stayed one night. Arrived a couple hours early and were permitted to check in anyway. The lady at the information desk was very helpful. It was raining so we drove to Goat Island but it very easily could have been walked to on a nicer day. Parking can be an issue, the lot is small and spots are very close together. Rooms could use some updating, there was black mold on the bathroom walls under the wallpaper that was peeling away in the corners. Rooms are comfortable enough but nothing spectacular. Pool and hot tub were good. Restaurant on site is useless unless you're just looking for a beer. Cigar room is over priced.

Nice hotel and very convenient to the Falls.

Pros: convenient to everything we wanted to do and see without having to drive.
Cons: Asked for an extra blanket 2 times and finally went to the desk later that evening and the desk clerk was very nice and got me one.
Location: Location great for what we wanted to see and do, convenient and not a whole lot of walking.
Parking very limited, but was able to find a spot at the hotel parking lot. Clos to the Falls, withing walking distance to many places.

Niagara Falls, NY

Pros: * Location was a A+, just a couple minutes from the Falls and Rainbow Bridge to cross to Canad
Cons: Housekeeping / Housekeeping
Location: Location : If you want to drive no more this is the place to stay, walking distance from Niagara Fall, NY and from Rainbow Bridge to Canada
PROS : Location, Wi-Fi, Free parking CONS : Housekeeping and Shower We arrived on June 27, our room carpet did not see the vacuum on June 27, 28 and 29, only on June 30 and July 01; we found a room key-keeper with the last guest name on it, plastic things on the floor, hair on shower and sink, we were not happy at all. It is a shame that a lazy housekeeper bring the rating down, whoever was scheduled on the first 3 days did not care about it; on the 4th and 5th day the housekeeper did a great job, we never complaint at the front desk, what for ?. Shower : it was kind of funny, when you first open the lower faucet and set your water temperature to your comfortable settings, then when you transfer to your upper shower head, hot water disappear and you to readjust the water flow

Perfect for a one nights stay

Upon my late arrival I was met and greeted by a wonderful young lady. I think I was at the front desk maybe 2 minutes with NO HICCUPS OR ISSUES. Gave her my name and she located my reservation. I Was given a parking pass and great directions to and from parking structure and hotel. Was in my room 5 minutes after my arrival. Once in my room immediately heard the sound of water dripping from somewhere. I located that it was coming from the ceiling and notified the front desk. Maintenance was at our room in about 1-2 minutes. They addressed the problem with the tenant above my room however were hesitant to just move my room. I told them I would feel more comfortable with a change in room. They took care of all key and room changes and I was placed into another like suite. However speedy all these issues were taken care of the following room had its own problems. The front door was missing screws from the metal face plate which made the door less secure especially when you are away from the room and could not lock the dead bolt or top latch... And I noticed previous water damage to Ceiling tiles. With this all said the beds were very comfortable. The a/c worked like it should.
