-When booking for 30+ nights, your stay will not be confirmed until an additional C.A.R. residential lease agreement is signed within 48 hours of initial booking request
-Cancellation policy is outlined in your C.A.R. agreement which will state that NO REFUNDS shall be granted, except for dates that get RE-booked by another party
-When booking for 30+ nights, there will be an additional required refundable security deposit due prior to check in equal to $1,000 or 10% of your total booking, whichever is greater
-When booking for 30+ nights, an additional utility fee of $500/month (prorated when applicable), which includes jacuzzi heat, will be due and outlined in your C.A.R. residential lease agreement upon booking.
-When booking for 30+ nights, 1 mid-stay cleaning will be required per 30 days rented at a variable-option cleaning rate
-Downtown Ojai is accessible by a short walk or for some an even shorter drive
-If your grand total is over $10k, additional security deposit will be required to be paid after booking to equal 10% of your grand total
-The airstream trailer in the back yard is for decor purposes only and is non-functional.
