This hotel was nice and clean with newly renovated rooms. Our room was comfortable. The staff accommodated our booking switch up (canceled for the wrong week and let us rebook the right week without any extra charges). The agent at the front desk was very patient when attending to rude guests. I saw her manage late night check-ins and impatient people being rude. She kept an even tone and helped them the best she could. Overall our stay here was easy and parking was not an issue. They also don't charge parking fees which is great.

The room looks renovated and new however, the TV was difficult to use since the remote was nowhere to be found. We tried to use the phone in the room to call the front desk and it said it wasn’t programmed. They don’t provide hand soap so make sure you bring your own. Lastly, to top it off, our door didn’t fully close. You could push it hard enough and it would open. I understand you get your moneys worth and this is considerably cheaper than some other hotels but the bare amenities and services are very poor. Would not come back.

We gave this hotel three stars. The room itself was very nice—clean, modern, and well maintained. The beds were comfortable, and the sheets were extremely soft, which made sleeping enjoyable. One downside was the TV situation. There were no regular TV channels available or cable. Once we figured out the Wi-Fi codes, we were able to stream, but unfortunately that wasn’t until our last day. The bathroom setup didn’t offer much privacy, as it had a sliding door instead of a standard door. We were also able to overhear other guests’ private conversations, which took away from the overall comfort. Additionally, there was no hairdryer or iron provided in the room. Parking was another challenge. There is only one entrance, and the parking spots are very tight, which makes it difficult if you have a larger vehicle. On the plus side, the location is very convenient. Everything is within walking distance—Applebee’s is across the street and Dairy Queen is right next door. If you’re hoping for a view of Universal Studios’ Volcano Bay, you’ll need a second-floor room on the backside of the building. Overall, a clean and comfortable stay with a great location, but a few amenities and privacy issues kept it from being a higher rating.

The room is in good condition so that is good. It was renovated I was pleasantly surprised. However, there are some issues with this hotel that need to be corrected. The WIFI kept going out, the TV doesn't work throughout the entire hotel and said that it has been the case for a few months, the phone in the room doesn't work to call down to the lobby if you need assistance, and they didn't have SOAP for the sink. They said to use the shampoo. What? I had to go the store to get soap. Just weird things that you don't deal with at other hotels but, again, the most important thing was the hotel staff was kind and the rooms are nice!
