Rooms were very clean, staff was very kind and accommodating. Beds were made and towels restocked every morning. Breakfast was good and the coffee in the lobby was always fresh and available. Plenty of free parking. Very safe comfortable area.

The room was clean, breakfast was better then most. Room was dated, curtains are warn thin, there was no tourist information anywhere in the hotel and staff I talked with did not have information about non theam park attractions.

Requested a room that was not adjoining and on a higher floor away from the elevator. I was put in an adjoining room on the 2nd floor and directly across from the elevator. I complained and they said that it shouldn't be a problem and that was all they could do. I know that it is a request but I do not feel like they gave any attention to my requests. I was traveling alone on a work trip and request for safety and environment needed for work. 2 of the days I was there, the wifi was down for most of the afternoon/evening and also all of the morning/afternoon. It was challenging because I had work schedule needs for internet. The hallways were loud with guests and the noise was so loud through the shared door in my room. Yet another reason why I requested to not have adding room. On my final night, the talking through the walls and the noise from the TV was so loud that I had to call the front desk. It was 2am. I will have to think twice in the future about staying at a Hampton Inn and definitely never stay at this location again.
