The stay was decent once we changed rooms after staff allowed someone to use the bathroom in the room that was given to my family and I, because the bathroom in the lobby was being occupied! It was poop in the unfleshed toilet! Very nasty!!!!

Great stay
I will definitely stay with my family again. The room was big and the beds were comfortable. My daughter said the sofa bed was very comfortable as well. The breakfast was very good on both days. They change up the breakfast and have lots of variety of foods. The kids liked the Mickey Mouse waffles. If you love to shop this is the spot because the outlet stores is walking distance. There are also different restaurants as well. Even the helicopter tour is close to this hotel.

Quiet stay. Variety of breakfast options during the weekend including Mickey mouse waffles. The air conditioning in the foyer and hallway was too cold. Wish it was warmer. Found a used small soap bar on the floor in the corner.

Everything went well im my stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly and ready to assist you if you needed help. Also the rooms were comfortable and clean. Will definitely come back to this hotel in my next trip to Orlando.

Great Except Luggage Carrier
Hotel was great except one thing—the luggage carriers are the worst I’ve ever seen. We’re seniors and they were small three wheeled carts that were near impossible to maneuver. Please get standard u-boat type that all other hotels use. Then I’ll give you 10 stars!
