Overall the place is clean and suited my needs for a business trip. The real issue is that they gave me a room with a sunken bed. Usually that’s not a huge deal but since I have a horrible back (got x rays to prove it) and my stay was for 4 , I called the front desk to change rooms. To my surprise that was not a good enough reason to change rooms. Eventually they changed my room because there was a dog next door that kept barking. Second, the elevator was literally falling apart. Third, found a ton of mold on the shower head, which I had to clean myself. All I’m going to say is if you’re staying for more than one night this might not be the ideal place to stay at.

Stayed for one night on February 1st. Was surprised by the $100 deposit because I have stayed here a few times and never had to pay a deposit before. The deposit was credited back the next day at check out but I think a $100 deposit for this hotel is too expensive. Plus that’s not listed anywhere on the website that there is a deposit fee. I did not care for added fees during check-in but other than that I don’t have major complaints. The hotel is decent. Could definitely use some updates. And beware the rooms do not have any usb ports which I can find in most hotels nowadays. Considering the cost of the stay for one night was almost the same as the deposit, I can understand why someone would choose to stay elsewhere. But it was out of convenience that we stayed here since we were cruising the next day. Overall not the worst place but just an okay stay. It served its purpose. Breakfast is always a skip for sure unless you enjoy continental breakfasts (bagels, waffles, some fruit, cereal, little muffins and toast). Breakfast is nothing to write home about. Staff was pleasant.

I will not be staying here again. The room was smelly, and musty. The bathroom shower was broken, and kept dripping all night. There were loud people out in the hallway outside the bedroom, i called the front desk but that continued. Breakfast was poor. And front desk staff were not helpful or pleasant. If i could give zero stars i would. Please spend your money elsewhere.

This place is not a nice place. Be very careful, the pillows stink, women at check in will argue about everything. Watch for hidden deposits, Tile busted in bathroom, toilet seat doesn’t fit.
