The staff was very friendly. The rooms were setup so oddly. There was paint all over the curtains in the bedroom and on the lights in the bathroom. You can hear the TV in the room next door and anything going on outside. Its not very private. A hotel feels more private than here. But they had excellent food places right across the street.

Staff was extremely friendly and comforting, they were amazing! The room is always a great space, the only thing that would need some attention is the bathroom. The shower was room temp at best, which was alittle disappointing that we couldnt take a hot shower after long days out. We always stay at the legacy and recommend staying here because the location is the best and the space of the rooms are ideal, but the bathrooms could use some upgrades

As a family of 4 we booked to stay in a mini suite for 11 nights. The suite is very small and very dated. The air con was very loud and there was a lot of noise outside of the room throughout the night. In the morning we were woken by our neighbours as we could hear everything they were saying as the room were only separated by an adjoining door. We decided that we couldn’t spend 10 more nights there so went to speak to reception about paying to upgrade our room. We were given a key to go and have a look at one of the 3 bedroom suites. I was incredibly disappointed though that we were told we couldn’t pay the difference between what we had booked and the new room and ended up having to pay in full again…..including resort fees. Poor customer service in my opinion as they already had our money. Anyway, we paid the money and we spent the rest of the stay in the new 3 bed suite which was lovely and worked perfectly for us. Spacious, newly refurbed, fully equipment kitchen, en-suite to the master, main bathroom and a washer/dryer facilities. Plenty of towels and pool towels provided. One thing that’s worth noting is that we only got one clean in the time we stayed and if we wanted any more, we would have to pay extra for it but that’s not a game changer for us. I would absolutely stay again but I wouldn’t bother with anything other than the newly refurbished suites.

This was a wonderful stay. In the room we stayed in, it was very outdated. About 25 years old outdated. No usb chargers, bathroom was super awkward. Wouldn’t recommend for an older couple or disabled person. Have to go up steps in order to go in shower. Definitely not safe. Very clean and kind staff. Loved the pool, free laundry. Definitely would recommend upgrades as it felt very old in there. But overall great stay!!

I love the 2bedroom suite, it’s perfect for my large family. The outlets were very loose. Most of the place was very clean. Pool was lovely. Neighbors were so loud late into the night. Last night around 2am could hear children screaming. Otherwise will book again.

BEWARE, bring your own toilet paper. The unit was fully renovated, very decent size for big family with two huge bathrooms, open kitchen, dinning and family suite, I was pleasantly surprised when we first arrived, was planning to give 5 stars… Until the 2nd day when we started to run out of toilet paper for the two bathrooms, my stay had gone downhill, because the hotel refuses to supply more toilet papers!!!! I asked for 4 extra roles so I don’t have to call them again, they said they can only provide two at time. I was fine with that, but in a few days when I called to ask for more, they told me they will come by, never did. Called the next day, they again say they will come by, never did. I called a few more times then they just won’t pick up the phone anymore. I have never travelled any hotel who are unwilling to supply toilet paper. Oh I also asked for extra tissue paper (as we had no more toilet paper), they also say they would bring some with towels exchange, they brought the towels but no tissue paper!!!! I don’t understand why they’re so precious, are paper made out of gold here? The location of the resort is super convenient and the area is nice. But BYOToilet paper!! Yes, to a hotel, how ridiculous! BTW, at booking it says “housekeeping upon request”, it should say “housekeeping with a fee”, because they won’t do any cleanup whatsoever without a $25 fee. Never staying here ever again.

This place is perfect if you're traveling with your family. Disney Springs is conveniently close, and there are also plenty of shopping centers nearby. The condo exceeded my expectations—it was much bigger than I anticipated and extremely clean. I will definitely stay here again soon!
