The resort features: $2.1 MIL Lagoon Style Pool with Zero Depth Entry and Water Slides. Also, with a Water Park for the littles! Clubhouse has Sundry shop/Deli, Games Room, Theater and Gym. Outdoors there are Tennis courts, Volleyball, Pickle Ball Court, Picnic Area, Castle Playground! All included in your rental.

Location: Windsor Hills Resort (24/7 guard gated community - Disney World only mins away!)

1) Is there a BBQ grill?
A BBQ grill is not kept at the home. Please inquire when booking for a list of local rental providers.

2) Is pool and spa heat extra?
Pool and spa heat can be added for $25/day + tax. The pool heater heats the pool to ~88 degrees and the spa to ~101 degrees. The spa will not heat up unless pool/spa heat is purchased.

3) Does the home have a child safety fence blocking the pool?
There is a child safety fence which meets local safety code requirements.

4) Is the kitchen fully stocked?
The kitchen is fully stocked with pots and pans, cooking utensils, flatware, plates, glasses, etc. (Due to liability reasons no food or food related items are provided.)

5) What type of coffee maker is in the home?
Drip and K-Cup (hot and iced) coffee makers provided.

6) Are linens and towels provided?
Linens and towels (including pool towels) are provided.

7) What paper products and cleaning products are provided?
We provide starter amounts of paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags and cleaning products are provided. The home is otherwise self-catering.

8) Is Wifi provided for free?
Complimentary wireless internet is provided.

9) Is smoking allowed? Are pets allowed?
Smoking is NOT allowed in the home; smoking outside on the pool deck is permitted. Pets of any kind are NOT allowed.

10) What are the times for check-in and checkout?
Check-in is at 4 PM. Checkout is at 10 AM.

11) Are there limits on the number of cars guests can have?
Windsor Hills Resort limits the number of cars per reservation to 3 cars.

12) Is Early check in/Late check out available?
We require at least 24 hours notice so we can coordinate with housekeeping.
May be available only if there is not another check in or check out the same day. May incur a fee.

Let me start off by saying it was 10 of us that traveled for our yearly family vacation. This place is very nice. Good size rooms, very clean. Great location. The pool/hot tub was very nice to come back to after a long day at the parks. We had only one issue which Karen was great with communicating and making sure it was fixed. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you again Karen for your hospitality.

The house is wonderful!! My only complaint is the property management did not change the key code for our arrival. Luckily the house owner answered my email right away to give me the old key code. It’s a good thing because the property management never returned my call even though I left a detailed message. Had the house owner not gotten back to me I’m not sure what we would have done. But as stated the house is wonderful and in the perfect location.

Karen was great getting back to us, but check in was messed up by the main check in office. Friends waited outside for 45 minutes to get in. Bathroom sink drained slowly but otherwise house was beautiful and location couldnt have been better.

We had the best time at this lovely property. It was very spacious and clean. The beds were really comfy. The pool was a lovely size and the shallow end was perfect for my not so confident swimmer to enjoy.We had an issue where a storm affected the power which broke the WiFi box and the hosts were really responsive and the issue was rectified very quickly. We would definitely stay again. The kids loved the games room and the themed bedrooms and of course the pool.

I appreciated the ease of getting in to the property (can sometimes be a difficulty with these properties), the communication from Karen and her team, and the overall amenities. The playroom was excellent, they kept the checkout process extremely simple - exactly what was needed for an Orlando stay with kids. Would do it again in a heartbeat.

January Disney Marathon Weekend

My whole family LOVED staying at Minnie's Mansion! We stayed for 10 days and it truly became a home away from home. We added the heated pool and spa, and in January it was very much needed. It was very cold and we used both every day. We also got great use from the g5 yesr old

Amazing!

We stayed here at the end of 07/2024 for a week and really enjoyed it! The house is close to shopping, great restaurants, and Disney. Everything was clean and looked just like the listing. The pool was wonderful after hot days at the parks. The house is spacious enough that all 9 of us had plenty of room to spread out and enjoy ourselves. The kids loved the game room. Communication with the host was quick and efficient, as is the check-in and out process. We will be staying here again on our next trip to the Orlando area.

2024 Orlando Vacation

This home exceeded my exceptions. This was my first time renting a home for vacation and I tell you this home was an excellent choice. The house was very very clean, spacious, plenty of towels and everything you would need to use when you are away from your home. The pool was excellent for my family and the game room added icing on the cake. Karen is the best. Her customer service skills in responding is awesome!!! I will stay at this home on my next vacation to Florida.

Clean and Comfortable

This is a must book property if you're looking to stay near Orlando. Very close to the Magic Kingdom and multiple golf courses. We were able to easily navigate to both Cocoa Beach and Clearwater beach. The resort property offers an awesome water park and the personal pool at the home was amazing! You feel close to everything in this location. The beds were very comfortable with bathrooms for every bedroom. The kitchen was stocked well with dishes and we cooked most all meals in the home. The kids loved the garage games and created their own ping pong tourney. The owner was very responsive and communication was easy. Check out was also very easy. Thank you to the home owners. We had a wonderful week!!

Very nice well kept house!! Communication with owner very easy and responsive. Convenient location to parks. Not a bad drive to convention center, we were there for a tournament. Don’t hesitate book this property! We absolutely loved this property and the amenities. It was clean and spacious. We traveled with family including kids. This property has a pool and a gameroom with fun things for the kiddos. This property is located so close to Disney, Walmart, restaurants. The property is in a gated community and is quiet. The kitchen had plenty of dishes, pots and pans. They provided pool towels as well. The host replies very quickly and provided great service. We will stay here again!
