Great hotel for individuals, couples, or families whose main reason for being in Orlando is to visit Universal Studios as it’s just a quick 15-20 minute walk to the theme park. The continental breakfast option is just right to start the day. Recommended.

On Jan 16th, they had a 3rd party carpet cleaning service onsite. We came back from a long day at the park and our carpet was very wet. It was very uncomfortable and our feet felt dirty and we had to clean them before getting in bed. I know cleaning is important but it was a huge inconvenience to walk on wet carpet and the room was very humid and warm. Also, the cleaning staff took priority in the elevator w/ their carts and made guests wait for the next one.

The stay at Spark by Hilton Orlando near Universal was delightful. Upon entry into the hotel, I was warmly greeted by staff and was met with a tranquil environment. The room had an enchanting atmosphere, making my stay incredible.

The staff was fantastic! Siggy was very helpful in getting us an early check in after an overnight flight from Honolulu. The breakfast was quite limited with it being primarily a “bagel bar”. There was also cold cereal and instant oatmeal, along with a couple of fruit options. The location was very convenient to Universal Studios, but it was near very busy roads, so was pretty noisy. The beds were comfy, but the pillows were pretty flat. Overall, for a 3 night stay, it was fine.

A lovely small convenience hotel—clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful, and everything we needed was close by. Great value for the stay.

No coffee maker or microwave in the room. So prepare to get dressed to heat up leftovers and the wifi sucks. We paid for premium wifi in an attempt to improve it and it still didnt work.
