The Space:

Fiesta Key puts you within reach of Central Florida's biggest thrills, and when the crowds thin out and the fireworks fade, you come back to a townhome that actually has room to breathe - a screened patio facing the water, a private upstairs balcony, a kitchen that can handle a real dinner, and two master suites so nobody has to argue over the bathroom.



Living space

The open-concept first floor flows easily between the fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and living room - a natural gathering point for the group before and after big days out. The kitchen is ready for everything from a full breakfast to a late-night snack run, with a refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, hot water kettle, and all the basics covered. A dedicated workspace is also available on this level if anyone needs to catch up remotely. The laundry area with washer and dryer keeps things practical for longer stays, and a half bathroom rounds out the first floor.



Sleeping arrangements

The townhome sleeps eight guests across four bedrooms and six beds. On the ground floor, the first master suite offers a private ensuite bathroom - well-suited for guests who prefer to stay on one level. Upstairs, the second master suite includes a king bed, its own ensuite bathroom, and a private balcony with water views. Two additional bedrooms are also located on the upper floor - one with a bunk bed setup and another with two single beds - along with a shared full bathroom for those rooms.



Kitchen & dining

The kitchen is fully stocked for home cooking: refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and hot water kettle, plus cooking basics and full dishes and silverware. Whether it's a quick morning coffee before park opening or a proper sit-down meal at the end of the day, the space handles both without any fuss.



Bathroom

The townhome has 3.5 bathrooms in total. Both master suites have private ensuite bathrooms, and a third full bathroom serves the upper-floor bedrooms. A half bathroom is located on the ground floor for added convenience. Each bathroom includes a hair dryer, and a bathtub is available in the home.



Outdoor spaces

Step through the rear of the home onto the screened patio, where pond views give the space a calm, open feel - a good spot for morning coffee or winding down after a long day in December. Upstairs, the second master suite opens onto a private balcony overlooking the water.



Community amenities

As a guest at Fiesta Key, you have access to the community pool, fitness center, tennis courts, and clubhouse - all within the gated neighborhood. Two designated parking spaces are provided in the private driveway; please note that parking on grass or on the street is not permitted under HOA rules, and vehicles must be parked as far forward as possible toward the building.



Location

Fiesta Key sits approximately 9 miles from Disney World and 9 miles from the Disney Golf Course, with Old Town Kissimmee 5 miles away, Orlando Vineland Premium Outlets 9 miles away, Universal Studios 16 miles away, and the airport roughly 20 miles out. Walmart and Publix are both within 3 miles.



We provide initial supplies for the home; however, for longer stays, you will likely need more essentials. Here's what we offer: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, sponge, dishwasher pods, washer pods, and kitchen towels. While trash cans come equipped, you may require additional bags.



Check-in is available anytime after 4 PM on the day of your arrival, and checkout is by 10 AM on the day of your departure.
