AFTER BOOKING:

Our registration process is 100% online, for your convenience. Upon booking your reservation, our Reservation Team will forward a copy of a Registration Agreement for your review and signature. Once we are in receipt of your signed Registration along with a copy of your photo ID and Credit Card, your booking will be confirmed and check-in instructions will be e-mailed to you 24hr prior to check with complete access to your vacation rental so that you can head directly to the property. Failure to provide the required documentation will result in cancellation of your booking.

Receipt of check-in instructions will be required in order for you to access your property, so in the event you have not received them, please be certain to contact us to advise.

Optional Extras:

Pool and/or spa Heating is offered upon availability for $ 50 per day plus tax, with a 3-days minimum. Please be certain to advise us if you require pool heat upon booking your reservation or at least 72 hours prior to check-in.

Propane for use with the BBQ grill is not provided, but refillable propane tanks are available upon request.

After being in the home and getting settled after a 12 hour drive i turn on the kitchen light and a roach run out from the refrigerator , get up stairs thinking ima be able to take a hot shower after a long drive next thing i know the water isn’t draining and my feet in sitting in the water , beds are terrible very uncomfortable bed covers was dirty , trash under the beds sink was full of hair from previous tenants, couldn’t even brush your teeth one of the bed in the twin rooms was broke upstairs furniture, very outdated couldn’t even sit on the couch with out feathers is coming out shower curtains had blood on them and not to mention i been home since Saturday and have yet to hear from manager that was been supposed to call me about the issue that’s was almost 4 thousand dollars wasted and did not get to enjoy it whatsoever. I would never went through this company again. This was my first and last time.

Good house but under stocked

The house is beautiful as advertised in the pictures. It’s in a cute neighborhood and the community pool was nice. The private pool was also a hit with the kids, however there is a severe lack of towels for the size house that it is. There are no pool towels whatsoever, so we had to go purchase towels to not have to wash them twice a day with the kids getting in and out of the pool. They also don’t have any wash rags on site so you’ll need to bring your own wash rag or loofa. Funny enough, they charged me for 2 missing towels after we checked out which I thought was hilarious considering. Even though these have Disney themed rooms, there are no pack & plays or high chairs on site. I called to request one and was told it would be a $100 fee to use one during our stay. Needless to say I went and grabbed one at Walmart for half the price. Overall, it was a nice house but I will choose somewhere else that is better prepared for large families next time.

Beautiful house

Beautiful design and cleanliness. Only downside is that the pool heat only worked for the first 3.5 days. The last night that we were there the pool water was too cold to swim.

The home and location is awesome. The only negative for us as a group of 18 for Thanksgiving is there isnt enough pots and pans. Also we had a disabled person and the 1st floor bathrooms just did not work for him. The walk in shower was too small. Other than that, it was great. We left an Airpod case after our stay and the staff found it and notified us. I definitely recommend this property.

Here are our pros and cons- Pros 1. Large rooms with almost every room having an attached bathroom 2. Convenient and safe location - gated community 3. Quick communication with the host Cons 1. Pre-check-in process was cumbersome and had to take and retake ID photo a few times. Once we arrived, everything was laid out easily 2. Home needs some updating, at least 3 showers wouldn't drain water 3. Trash - when we got there, there was a lot of trash outside the home (probably from the previous guests that left), but it was picked up by the next morning. The bins are fairly small. Make sure you bring extra trash bags, if you're staying for multiple days. All in all it was a great home and trip!

Me and my family stayed here for our vacation and the home was beautiful, we had a few minor problems but the host communication was awesome and made sure every problem was fixed. We had a great time here! Management was easy to work with, house was fantastic. We did have some issues with the dishes being dirty and a broken shower head, but understand how those items may be missed with frequent turnover. Overall a great experience.

Death Trap

The house had multiple damages upon our arrival that we addressed immediately and submitted photos (broken bed, holes in walls, broken gate locks, no tv during the whole stay after multiple calls and promises that someone was on the way to fix things). The glass shower door collapsed and caused my sister to slip and fall and get multiple deep lacerations that later let to the discovery of head damage. She was hospitalized for 3 days after our stay was over which caused us more expenses for hotels and car rentals. After all of this, they tried to charge me for some of the damages that were there when we arrived along with some towels that we purchased ourselves when we got to Florida.

DO NOT STAY

This property is honestly disgusting. Dirty walls, dirty linens, dirty couch cushions. The white sheets a pale yellow just from being unwashed. You can clearly tell they do not care about cleanliness whatsoever. It is a beautiful home but it is just dirty. The property is also EXTREMELY COMPLICATED with a ton of additional paperwork to be done to check in. Lastly, they charged us a fee for stained sheets -- some makeup and a smudge of sort on 2 beds. Nothing a wash or some bleach couldn't resolve. If this home wasn't completely disgusting I would understand and have no issue paying it but the home isn't even clean when arriving. Save yourself from the heartache and dont stay here.

I was not pleased at all. The house was very messy, which was something the pictures didn’t show for example the carpet was disgusting. The communication was terrible as I tried to have someone come in and check the property for FOUR days and no one would answer.

Worst Vacation home ever!

We arrived at the house on July 22nd. When arriving there was a ton of garbage outside that had not been picked out. That is the first impression you get before entering the houses which definitely reflected the inside of the house. As you entered the house you quickly noticed that the carpets were filthy! From the first bedroom…all the way through the house it was disgusting. We immediately went to Walmart and spent over $100 buying cleaning supplies ( detergent, disinfecting wipes, cleaners, etc). Everyone had something wrong with there bed linens rather it was hair on the sheets, stains and even worse a blood stain on a couple of comforters that we had to completely remove. The towels all had many stains on them.. The pool lights inside the pool didn’t work, bulbs were dead outside, baseboards where not connected to the wall, and some little ants were on the side tables of each room. Additionally, the couch was dirty ( we bought a sheet to cover it). I reached out to the management company via VRBO and he made me email pictures… after I emailed the pictures they tried to say I didn’t reach out within 24 hours. I proved to them I did in fact reach out but still nothing was done. Communication is horrible, cleanliness is VERY dangerous and even after contacting them nothing was done for a refund or to compensate us for the issues. If you want a place to relax, I DONT RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY. You’ll be up for hours trying to make sure it’s decent to even sleep In. This is the WORST Vacation rental I have EVER stayed in!
