I designed this place to feel like a real escape. 3 private acres in the Cahuilla Hills above Palm Desert, with a main Spanish-style hacienda and two separate casitas tucked into the canyon. 7 bedrooms, sleeps 18 overnight, and enough outdoor space that a group of 16 never feels on top of each other.

WHAT MAKES IT DIFFERENT
The design. Every room was put together personally, from the furniture down to the artwork and the small ceramic details. If you' ve ever wanted to see how I think about layering texture, color, and light in a real home, this is that.

The amenities. Pool and hot tub. Sauna and cold plunge for recovery. Private pickleball court. Bocce. Two outdoor bars. A 1,800 square foot event deck overlooking the canyon, perfect for sunset dinners or morning yoga. Fire pit. Canyon stairs that climb up into the hills behind the property. A full theater room inside. Designated yoga and meditation areas across the grounds.

The location. 5 minutes to El Paseo for shopping and dinner. 15 minutes to Indian Wells. 30 minutes to the Empire Polo Fields for Coachella and Stagecoach. 40 minutes to Palm Springs and PSP airport. Just under an hour to Joshua Tree National Park.

The privacy. The property sits on 3 acres at the end of a quiet road. You'll hear birds and wind, not neighbors. Casa Tierra is established 2022 and was recently renovated top to bottom. Whether you're here for a milestone birthday, a family reunion, a wellness weekend, a wedding adjacent stay, or a creative offsite, the place was built to host all of it.

Self check-in via smartlock. Access codes and arrival info are emailed 5 days before your stay. The full property is yours, including all 7 bedrooms, both casitas, the pool, hot tub, sauna, cold plunge, pickleball court, bocce, event deck, theater room, and all outdoor spaces.

Driveway parks up to 6 vehicles. Street parking is not permitted. Oversized vehicles are not permitted.

We want you to feel confident when renting a TRAVLR Vacation Home. As a result, we have enhanced some of our cleaning procedures in the interest of our Guests' and Employees' health and safety. Currently, we spend between 4-16 working hours to clean each rental property after every reservation and have enhanced our check-out cleaning procedures to pay close attention to all details, specifically disinfecting all surfaces with anti-bacterial solutions. We frequently change all HVAC filters and clean pools twice weekly to help ensure optimal cleanliness as well. Our vendors and staff are equipped with protective gear such as face masks and gloves to maintain the safety of all parties.

If you are looking to play golf, we are minutes from PGA West with three public courses to choose from; The TPC Stadium, The Greg Norman and The Jack Nicklaus Tournament. Enjoy some of the many world-class events like the Humana Challenge (previously the Bob Hope Classic). Or if you enjoy tennis, minutes away is the home of the BNP Paribas Open Tennis Classic at Indian Wells Top Rated Tennis Stadium, held early to mid-March, with over 300 of the top-rated tennis players in the world. In April comes the Coachella and Stagecoach Music Festivals just minutes down the road hosted at the famous Polo Grounds where you can also enjoy top-ranked polo matches free of charge and have a tailgate picnic with your friends at the same time!

CHECK IN AND CHECKOUT
Check-in after 3:00 PM. Check-out by 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are sometimes available, message us to ask.

EVENTS
Events may be permitted with prior written approval from TRAVLR Vacation Homes. Additional event fees will apply. Unauthorized events are strictly prohibited and may result in fines and/or immediate removal from the property.

CLEANING
A departure clean is included with every stay. Mid-stay cleans are available for an additional fee.

POOL HEATING
Your reservation "resort fee" includes the cost of pool heat (up to 80-82 degrees). This fee is not included on Airbnb bookings.

SAUNA AND COLD PLUNGE
Available for guest use throughout your stay. Brief operating instructions are posted on site.

PETS
Our vacation rentals are pet friendly. We allow for up to two pets per property for a fee of $150 per pet.

MUSIC
The property has zoned indoor and outdoor speakers. Connect your Spotify or Apple Music through the Sonos app on the house Wi-Fi. Per Palm Desert ordinance, outdoor speakers are silenced from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Indoor speakers play any time. Personal outdoor speakers are not permitted and trigger a $5,000 city fine.

WHAT'S STOCKED
Full kitchen with appliances, dishware, glasses, utensils, spice rack, salt, and pepper. Starter supply of trash bags, paper towels, dish soap, hand soap, dishwasher pods, toilet paper, laundry pods, and dryer sheets. Bath, hand, and pool towels for max occupancy. Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in every bathroom. Washer, dryer, iron, and ironing board.

PACKAGES
We don't recommend shipping to the home. Multiple vendors and staff have access throughout the day, so we can't guarantee package security.
