Beyond Expectations

This location never ceases to fail. It's very consistent and even exceeds the company's brand image. Servis from the front desk to housekeeping was beyond expectations. We love coming here for these exact reasons. Keep up the great work!

I like the staff at the kitchen area very polite, professional and friendly. The bartender has excellent service. The restrooms from the pool area were super dirty and not clean. I had to call for room service because the room we stayed was not being cleaned. Other than that everything was nice.

We stay at this Emabassy three times a year. Unfortunately, it looks like they have a new policy, the air condition turns off in your room and sets @77 degrees, our room never got lower than 80 degrees, outside the temp was 114, the pool was so dirty, and didn’t have enough bathroom supplies. That being said it was a tough couple of days with the hot temps, and hot room. For the price we probably will look for a different location for our stays.

This property is 10/10 the service from the employees Is exceptional. My family of 5 enjoyed the pool, drinks, and the breakfast was amazing. The rooms are very spacious and clean and have nothing bad to say about this place. Coming back soon!

The property was clean and the staff were friendly. A few rowdy residence at the hotel, but that’s not the hotel’s fault. Breakfast was pretty mediocre. But I think it’s realistic not to expect a great breakfast at the Embassy suites. It was nice that they have snack time in the afternoon where you had fresh vegetables, some dips, coffee, and random snack snacks. The setting is very comfortable and cozy and clean. The pool was not very clean, but I don’t think they can help it due to the amount of trees around it and the bugs in the area.

We had family in the area so we didn’t partake of the amenities very much but we loved the hotel and the friendly staff, attention to detail and fresh towels everyday. The complimentary breakfast was excellent too. We would recommend this hotel to anyone and we would stay there again! Thank you!
