Breakfast was a good selection. However the room was not ready when we checked in and we had to wait a hour and a half. Then we were placed in a room that we didn't book. We booked a two king suite and were placed in a king and full suite. TV in room didn't work

We did move rooms. The first one had shards of glass in the tub. The staff was very helpful in ensuring we were moved immediately. John did a great job of moving us right away. The new room did have a bit of cleanliness issues. However for the one night we needed to break a drive up for our babies it was a nice room.

I wouldn’t suggest this property, I was charged 10.88 for parking without any confirmation that I even drove in and parked. The hotel has a large open lot with no parking enforcement; no one asked if I drove in when I checked in or asked for a license plate or vehicle info for security reasons, they just charged me regardless. I could have taken an Uber in and still been charged for parking, definitely not a Hilton Honors perk I enjoy.

The room had a bad odor upon arrival. I had to ventilate it until smell dissipated. The A/C Until in the bedroom was loud and kept me awake most of the night both nights.

Karisma was professional, welcoming, and attentive. Paving the way for a stay in a immaculate, spacious and comfortable room, Hotel is close enough to everything, allowing me to attend to all my business. The associates were all very cordial. I will return to this property.
