Great place to stay with comfortable beds

I'm a Mayo clinic patient. I have tried several of the hotels in this area and this is my favorite. The staff from check in to check out are always very pleasant. JP and Curtis are very helpful and friendly. I love the comfort of the beds. The breakfast is good, although they ran out of the cinnamon rolls but that staff in the breakfast area are always friendly and keep everything stocked up. The housekeepers are also very friendly and stay very busy cleaning the rooms. I go here every 3 months for my appointments. Lots of great restaurants nearby. See ya soon

Disappointing

Location is decent but the hotel is kind of 1 star with an aging look. I made a reservation and then extended it but they wouldn’t let me stay in the same room and I had to pack up and move to a different room which was smaller but cost more. Won’t stay there again.

My room on the fourth floor allowed a ton of highway noise through the window. Very loud. Otherwise a great hotel near lots of restaurants.

Mostly this is a good location. I was disappointed when at 10:30 in the evening, on Sunday the front desk clerk called our room to tell us a woman was on her way up and to call him if there was any trouble. First of all, the lobby doors are locked at 10 o'clock which means she would have needed a key to open the door, which means he let her in the lobby and WHY wouldn't he have called to inquire if we were expecting someone before he let her come up to the third floor to knock on our door. UNSAFE! After she left, he called back to apologize saying she was in the wrong building.

5 to 10 minute walk to Desert Ridge Marketplace. Plenty of restaurants near by and easy excess to the freeway. Rooms were clean and bed was a little hard Didn’t like the pillows were very soft and uncomfortable.
