Our community is gated and private. Our pool is one of the few HEATED community pools in the
Phoenix area (yes we provide pool towels in the condo!). There is a Workout Center and outdoor
grills for your convenience.

We provide your first few days of supplies such as; laundry pods, dish soap, hand soap, paper towels, toilet tissue, etc. We have tried to anticipate everything you might need to make your vacation truly awesome!

In an effort to be good neighbors, we want to keep the noise and traffic to a minimum. We have additional rules below. We do make exceptions to these rules on a case by case basis.

Quiet Hours are 10pm - 7am
Groups of all adults under 50 years old MAY not be accepted.
Travelers without reviews MAY not be accepted.
Primary guests under 40 years old MAY not be accepted.
Bookings less than 7 days in advance MAY not be accepted.
Guests booking under someone else's account MAY not be accepted.
Guests paying with someone else's card MAY not be accepted.
There is a limit of 6 people (adults and children combined) allowed at the community pool.
No events allowed like birthday parties, wedding dinners, reunions etc.
Mid stay cleanings are required on all reservations over 15 days in order to lessen the volume of cleaning required at check out.
Additional visitors are limited. Guests staying and visitors cannot exceed 6 adults at any time.

Great location for what we came to do. We were given early access to the unit so that we could put our Luggage and groceries away 2 hours before check in time. Heated pool and hot tub were super clean. Property was as described and was in a safe area.We would recommend and would stay again.

The pool and hot tub were very nice, and the location was not far from the stadium. The owner was kind and easy to work with. The condo was clean and had all the amenities we needed. However, you are required to wash all towels and dishes and put them away before leaving, not just leave them in the washer/dishwasher. This was a little difficult when you use them the day you leave, and we needed to get to the airport early. It seems the cleaning deposit is a little high with so much you need to do on your own.

While the photos are accurate, they don't show you the level of disrepair hidden in the nooks and crannies. Dead TV's crammed into the laundry room. Pieces of random wood in the closets. Random playing cards and bits of toys hidden under couches.But the worst? A used band-aid stuck to a wooden basket on the leather "coffee table." you can see the red leather in the photo...we got to see the used, bloody, band-aid up close.And all the Firestick remotes but one were broken. When we politely reported this, they blew it off. They'll replace them later. Never mind that meant we couldn't watch TV in our bedrooms. Did they offer to reduce the fee? Nope. Did they offer to fix it during our stay? Nope.Lastly, don't expect any kind of shampoo or body wash in the showers. I've stayed in over 45 VRBOs...this was the first place EVER to not provide anything in a shower...and the woman I spoke to arrogantly acted as if this was not a big deal.The photos are deceptive. Just imagine everything 4-5 years older and with a layer of junk hiding around the edges and then yes, the photos are somewhat accurate.

A perfect spot for visiting with family. My mother and I spent time with my two grandsons ages 12-14 . Very clean home . Had everything we needed. Great communication with the property owner. Would love to stay here again.

Excellent Condo!

My family of 4 loved this condo. There was so much space for all of us, the beds are huge (so big my kids decided they actually wanted to share a room!) and it had everything we needed. The location being close to Westgate was wonderful for short outings too, whether it was shopping, eating, or grabbing a coffee. The location is set back a bit, so it was really quiet and the neighbors are friendly. The property managers were incredibly fast to respond also when we mentioned a couple things for their awareness or asked a question. I would recommend this property to anyone for a great family spot!

Home for spring training

We really enjoyed our stay. it was very convenient to everything. The unit is very clean and well equipped.The pool is a nice bonus. Had a problem with the gate code and my call was returned quickly We would definitely return.

Clean with everything needed for a stay

The unit and the complex are rather dated but the unit was clean and has everything needed for a comfortable stay. You do have to go up a long flight of stairs to get to the front door, this is in the listing but worth noting for luggage and those with limited mobility, this was no issue for us. It was nice to have pool, jacuzzi and gym. The gym equipment is old and limited but functional. The covered parking spot is nice for the AZ sun.

Condo at Derert Breeze

The condo complex is quiet, safe, offers a nice heated pool and hottub, nice for meeting other guests. The condo itself is small, probably too crowded for six adults, kitchen is small, but very well equipped. The average per day is off and decieving, it ended up being more per night than was advertised. The cleaning fee, service fee, and taxes add up.

Comfy stay

The check-in was very easy once we got thru the gate. Evidently the gate code had been changed and we weren't notified of the change but a resident opened the gate for us. Condo was very, very clean, quiet and had ample supplies. Bed was very comfortable. Our kids were supposed to join us but they were sick so we had the 3 bedroom place to ourselves. Really appreciated the washer and dryer. Didn't realize how dusty the Phoenix area is, especially when hiking. The information sheet provided to us to print off before we arrived was excellent info and we used it throughout our stay.

Beautiful Condo

This was perfect for our two small families. The pool was great in December, and all the neighbors were friendly. The location is accessible to shopping, and many outdoor activities. Thank you for a fantastic get away!

Baseball Trip

The condo was clean and beds great. The pool was not heated for the first 4 days but after that it was a nice 85. The hot tub was hot however we could not use the jets. I was playing ball for 2 weeks and that was a let down. We have stayed at this complex 3 years

One week Baseball getaway

The property is located in a quiet community with friendly residents and great accommodations and near lots of shopping and amenities. The owners and management are great to work with and the unit we stayed in was well prepared and clean. I would highly recommend staying with this anywhere this owner has a property.

Wonderful property

We were in Phoenix for daughter’s graduation. This property was perfect. Clean and modern. Beds were comfortable. Where do you get a 3 bedroom with 3 king size beds?! The complex was quiet and well maintained. The pool was nice and just what we needed for a few days of relaxation. TVs with firestick so you could add your own apps. Short distances to shopping and other entertainment. We spent a day at the Grand Canyon which was an easy trip to do in a day. Definitely a wonderful property.
