Easy entrance from parking- just a few steps from the back patio. Fully stocked kitchen with everything you’ll need to prepare a meal including a full set of cookware, dishes, silverware, and glasses.

This ground floor condo has been remodeled throughout and has a convenient location close to the Biltmore area. The condo has beautiful wood flooring throughout, except for carpeted bedroom, and stylish furnishings. Relax on the comfortable sofa and watch TV on the Smart TV. The spacious king bedroom has a large closet, a very comfortable bed with quality bedding, and another Smart TV. Enjoy coffee and sunshine on the patio. There is a laundry room in the complex for your use.

Convenient ground floor unit- no stairs! You will have a covered, assigned parking very close to the condo, and a community pool just outside your door. Enjoy a cookout in the community barbecue area with gas grills.
