Do yourself a huge favor, pay a little extra and get a better place
No soap! the bathroom desperately needed caulking--otherwise seemed clean and was quiet and peaceful--good value considering the nearby area. I have stayed there before & will again. It sure beats the casino madness in the King of Prussia area.

Husband and I came for a one night stay for an Eagles game. It was a very clean, neat, up to date hotel! The breakfast was perfect! Wish all hotels had a free breakfast that was like this one! So neatly sat up, lots of options, plenty to go around and always kept full! Will stay here again for ...

In the early 20th century, Phoenixville, Pennsylvania, was an important industrial town called Manavon.
