THE SPACE:
A beautiful apartment perfect for an amazing stay, featuring a terrace that overlooks a charming, tree-lined street. It’s a place we truly love — one of the most beautiful you’ll find in Playa del Carmen.

ELECTRICITY CONSUMPTION LIMIT:
Electricity usage is limited to 15 KVA per day, which can be checked on the meter located at the exit of the parking area. Any usage above this limit will incur an additional charge.

A hidden treasure

We spent a very enjoyable month at the condo. David, the host, responded to questions quickly. The pool and balcony are fabulous! Staff were very friendly and helpful. Kitchen is well equipped. Location couldn’t be better. We loved the view from the balcony.

Awesome place & excellent location!

The condo was really nice, clean & modern. Well equipped, great natural light, and most areas were spacious. Location at the corner of 5th avenue with so many options to dine in (including quite a few options as you step outside the building), buy souvenirs from & a tour selling place right at the front. Pool was clean and water temperature was just right! Beach is only 5 minutes walking distance. Excellent stay to say the least. Communication with the renter was excellent, always courteous, polite and attentive. Front desk at the building was very helpful as well.
