Reservation policies

:-) Please no food or drinks in the pool
:-) Use the place mats all the time on the wooden Island and dining room table
:-) We provide all kinds of cutting boards in the island cabinet, do not cut anything directly on the countertops or tables without using the cutting boards please.
:-)Unregistered guests are not allowed! Only the guests registered with the reservation.
Playacar has a very tight security and policies, fines from the administration due to bringing unregistered guests can be as high as $600 USD per incident and these fines will be taken from the security deposit.

The reservation Fee does NOT include the security deposit of $1,000.00 American Dollars that will be returned the day after the rental period ends, but needs to be deposited before the rent starts or the day of the arrival. The security deposit will be returned after the last day of reservation, upon the check up and inspection of the property. The deposit will be returned to the same account of the Lessee if the property has not suffered damages or defects during the rental period.
