The girl at the counter "Grace" was very polite and professional. The room was very good and smelled a lot better than last time. My only complaint was that garbage cans were hard to find and overflowing with trash. Cigarette smokers threw their butts all over the grounds instead of in the provided butt cans. That was pretty gross. I think Grace was by herself, so I think they were understaffed.

I like the room size. The room smelt sweaty or like BO. The hidabed mattress was worse than in a prison.

We booked this room so our grandchildren could use the pool. Pool was out if service due to broken ADA systems, which we were not notified of until we noticed by ourselves. Onsite manager was friendly and helpful.

OKAY, so we got there late Friday and the staff were pleasant BUT when we went up to our room it had not been cleaned and there were towels and food everywhere. They then put us in a different room that smelt like cigarettes and although clean was 9000 degrees. My friends in a couple rooms over had an issue with their shower- no hot water. No discount or refund was offered to either of us or anything to make it up to us. Very frustrating and not a place I would recommend . Also the “continental breakfast” was a joke. It’s muffins, granola bars, and drip coffee.
