I was charged for the car parking in an area that is safe and with a plenty of parking. I have lived within 3 miles from this location for 15 years and worked in the building that is opposite to this location for 3 years. Front desk staff were rude when I asked about adding my reward program number to my Travelocity booking. Disappointed with Hilton’s customer service.

No microwave in the room. Old style coffee maker under the tv not by any water. Perhaps I am being picky but these are simple amenities I am used to finding at any stay.

My reservation was not confirmed by Travelocity with the Hampton Inn when I arrived. They had no reservation for me and they were sold out. I had to wait until after 12:30 am and then they found a room for me. However, I had to pay a second time for the room. Travelocity didn’t secure the room with the Hampton Inn and they charged me as well. I will be contacting Travelocity to refund me for the room.

Great front desk staff and breakfast attendant. Bed was comfy. Surprised to find my king room did not have a fridge or microwave. There was a cupboard where a fridge had been in the past. Was informed that only the king suites (not king rooms) had these amenities.

I love the location. The first room I was given was horrible. The room smelled and items were missing that should have been there. The staff was very kind and I was given a different room and the rest of the trip was enjoyable.
