Parking was easy which is a plus especially in a city like portsmouth. The town is extremely walkable so we didn't have to use the car again until we left. The staff was friendly and attentive. They asked what kind of coffee we wanted and even cleaned our room which included changing the towels. If we come back to portsmouth, I would definitely stay her again

Enjoyed a short, one night stay on site after a trip towards Boston from Bar Harbor. This was a nice stopping place, easy to get to and easy to get back to the highway in the morning...The only thing is the parking lot can be a touch difficult to find in the dark with a small sign...Any amount of daylight alleviates the issue. The room is perfect, clean and comfortable...the coffee was excellent and there was limited noise from the neighboring room. All in all, a nice, restful stop.

Quaint little Inn but a little more than a short walk to the downtown area. Very nice quality bedding. I wish the review for our room would have stated that it was upstairs at the Inn. Very short steps to manage with luggage in tow. Other than that, very nice place with a beautiful patio area and overall, the Inn is nicely maintained.

We were able to park right next to the door, which was really great. Really cute room with bathroom inside of house. Nicely decorated and incredibly clean. Karen with housekeeping texted to ask if we needed anything, which was really nice. Great stay! Just make sure you have the code to the door prior to arrival.

We absolutely loved our room and the location. Everything was so clean and comfortable. Only complaint was the noise, maybe if our room had a door (Dashing Wave) to block out the hallway light and noise from people coming and going. But honestly this room and amenities was nicer than the last Four Seasons we stayed in. We will be back!! LOVED the bed, so comfy. Housekeeping was an absolute angel. Do everything to keep her (Carol I think?)
