NOTE: There are bars and nightclubs nearby that may cause noise, especially on weekends. However, we provide earplugs and there are noise machines in each suite.

The kitchen is equipped with a full-size refrigerator, oven, stove, dishwasher, microwave, blender, pots, pans, and utensils.

The master bedroom features a king-size bed, Smart TV, an ensuite bathroom, and a walk-in closet. The second master suite also has a king-size bed, smart TV, and ensuite bathroom. Air conditioning and fans are located throughout so you can sleep comfortably.

Guests have full access to the condo and the common amenities including the rooftop pool area and gym.

Other things to note
Visitor’s policy: Visitors are allowed (2 per time), from 9 am to 11 pm, they must register at the front desk and leave an ID. They are also allowed to use the common areas.

There are plants on the property, and to keep everything looking great, our gardener visits every Thursday for about 20 minutes, any time between 9:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m., to tend to them.

You will be required to agree to a condominium consent form. Any violation of the condominium rules may attract a fine of $100 USD or more.

Midweek housekeeping is included for stays of 7 nights or more. Renters must be at least 25 years old. Supplies are provided to begin your stay, if you run out, it is your responsibility to replace them. Beach equipment, including 4 beach chairs and 1 umbrella are available for guest's use.
