Guests have full access to the condo and the aforementioned common areas in the following schedules:

- 4 pools and jacuzzis open from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM, Monday to Sunday.
- An infinity pool open from 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM, Monday to Sunday.
- A gym open from 6:00 AM to 9:00 PM
- A game room open from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM
- An onsite restaurant open from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM
- A tennis court open from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM (previous reservation required)
- A meeting room with up to 12 people (previous reservation required)
- A movie theater for up to 12 people (previous reservation required)

Access wristbands will be provided to each overnight guest and they will provide full access to the condo and the aforementioned common areas.

📌 Other things to note
- Renters must be at least 25 years old.
- No outside visitors are allowed.
- You will be required to agree to a condominium consent form. Any violation of the condominium rules may attract a fine of $100 USD or more.
- Lost wristbands and gym access cards each incur a replacement fee of $100 USD per item or $2,000 pesos.
- One weekly housekeeping is included for stays of 7 nights or more.

Like many coastal areas in Puerto Vallarta, the nearby rivers and beaches are natural habitats for wildlife, including the occasional crocodile. Sightings are uncommon but possible, especially in the rainy season. We recommend keeping a safe distance from wildlife and avoiding swimming near river mouths.

Beach equipment including beach chairs and umbrellas are available for rent.

Amazing condo

If you ever come to PV, this host was great. The gentlemen was waiting and went straight up to the condo. Condo was super nice and had everything you need for a week get away. The price was great, the pools are amazing and right on the beach! Look these folks up when you book for sure

some disappointments

the 2 balconies were nice, always enjoyable to watch the river from tower 3. Exceedingly loud new beach club across the river directly below 4 nights/week. Electronic crap and random sirens! Way worse than the live music from the restaurant. Can't sit on the balcony to watch the sunset and the big boom Saturday night fireworks don't make up for it! The unit had minimal supplies: no pot holder, 3 forks, old stained cutting board, only one bedside lamp.

beautiful condo with unacceptable noise and loud music

We found the Grand Venetian incredibly nice and well kept. The staff we found to be friendly and helpful with any of our questions. The condo was clean and well maintained and equipped. The only major complaint is the excessively external loud music and noise from the beach restaurant and parking lot adjacent which goes on daily from 11 AM till past 11 PM, often outshouting the roar of the ocean. This was not the relaxing holiday we had hoped for.

Beautiful Unit. Very close to all amenities!

This unit is equipped with everything you need. It is on the noisy side of the Grand Venetian. There is a small restaurant near the complex that is fairly loud with music and entertainment. The mall is nearby which is a little on the loud side as well. The pool is very nice and the restaurant is very reasonable priced. Security is very good and the Grand Venetian is a 10 minute walk to the grocery store and close to Walmart & Costco if you need it. The Banderas Bay view is a little limited due to towers 1 & 2 being right in front of it. The exercise room is nice and clean as well as air conditioned. We will definitely stay here again.

Very Noisy Unit

Let me first say that we have stayed at this property four times but this was our first in the "New" Tower 3. The configuration of this unit is Master bedroom faces mountains and living room faces ocean. There was much noise on the master bedroom side which faces a half completed new shopping mall that is not very attractive to look at. On the ocean side, there is a small beach restaurant below that hosts a loud band every evening. The main pools are showing wear and tear with hundreds of missing tiles. Our whole time here this time we never saw any type of maintenance going on nor did we ever see anyone cleaning the filthy pools. The unit itself is fairly new and nicely furnished, the other units that we have rented at this property were better equipped with ice chests and other miscellaneous pool/beach items. If we ever stay at this property again, we will rent in Tower 2 which is the best tower and the one closest to the beach.
