Didn't have breakfast there I did however go for a business meeting at the SeM restaurant... the waiter poured my drink all over me, my papers and my phone. He braught a wet rag for me to clean it up. Very disappointing

This has been on my bucket list for years and it did not disappoint. We had last visited Quebec while on a cruise 3 years ago and our waiter at Sam’s recommended we visit at Christmas time and so glad we did. The property looked so festive and truly kicked off our holiday season. The service-from the bellman who first greeted us to the room service waiter to front desk made us feel welcome and gave impeccable service. We look forward to our next visit to this lovely property and beautiful city.

I was disappointed in how small our room was for over 500 for 1 night. Also nothing is included in that price..not even coffee in the room. however the location and building are great as well as the history of the building.

The front desk staff was exceptional. He gave us an early check-in and also gave us a room on the 18th floor with a lovely view of the river. The bellhop was so friendly. He delivered our bags to our room and told us about the room. Our room was cozy and we loved the turn-down service. The hotel is as beautiful as I saw in the pictures.
