Lovely townhome at Rancho Las Palmas Country Club. Two bedrooms and two baths all remodeled with a pool right out your back door. Great location near The River mall with restaurants/movie theaters. Tennis courts, two golf courses, gated community. Near to El Paseo restaurants. Quiet location with all amenities provided. Lovely back patio with lounge chairs and a table for six, space heater, BBQ and a sunny private front courtyard for dining and morning relaxation. Two bedrooms with King beds and a sofa bed in the living room. Cable TV in the living room and master bedroom which has an ensuite and access to the back patio. Great friendly neighbors. Air conditioning of course. Grapefruit tree right out your back door for the picking. Everything you need is here just come and enjoy.
