Stains on the bed and they didnât have any of the room we needed and paid for so they put us in a small queen room with 2 adults and 2 kids no breakfast as well and thatâs one of the reasons we booked with them
Breakfast wasnât available, place was not as clean as it should have been rooms look like they werenât properly cleaned had strange smell & were smaller than anticipated. No elevator
We booked online and it states that this establishment has breakfast only to arrive and it doesn't their kitchen is under renovations. Which was very inconvenient. I only booked their because our budget was low & we needed to have our breakfast the buy dinner coming from out of town for a funeral. Online should have stated kitchen temporarily closed for renovations.
This was just a rebranded Microtel but without any of the amenities. No breakfast, we had coffee but no creamer or sugar. The person at the desk was in charge of making coffee but didnât know where anything else was. No toilet rollers in the bathroom. The room was either to hot or to cold. No privacy blinds in the room. What a dismal two day stay. Never again.
Bad! They promote free breakfast but did NOT provide. They had construction going on and did not notify of NO breakfast when booking. Room was next to exit door⊠loud all night and could not sleep.
This was just anither reminder for me that you get what you pay for. Although the front desk staff was friendly and helpful, the property was very underwhelming and poorly upkept. I had to change my room three times to get an adequate room. Safety is always my number one concern when traveling. My interior doorâs security latch didnât work nor did the windows lock. Changed my room and other aspects of it werenât as kept up or clean as Iâd like. Very noisy. Was right next to a Tim Hortons drive-through so had the sounds of large trucks late night early morning on top of the smell of pot and other vaping products throughout the property, even though their assign saying none of that is accepted on site. It served its purpose, but I wonât be staying there again. Would only recommend this hotel if you were in dire straights trying to get a room, such as their being a blizzard and you needed to get off the road, or everywhere else was sold out and you needed to be there, etc. as I mentioned before staff was very friendly, but they could only help so much with the tools they were given. Unfortunate I wish I could give better ratings.
The receptionist said they would serve breakfast, so we counted on them but ended up without any food the following day as they said the restaurant is under renovation and denied breakfast
