I visited San Antonio to attend my boyfriends BMT graduation @ Lackland Afb. I arrived on Dec. 30th around 2am, walked into the lobby, and spoke with the receptionist at the desk (short, heavyset woman that looked to be Hispanic). I explained to her that I already had a reservation which was from Dec. 30th- Jan. 2 and if possible I wanted to check in early. Now I understand that check-in is at 3pm and I was super early but the part that really upset me was her lying and saying she still had guests arriving that were already booked for Dec. 29th. I walked away and returned a few moments later and asked her could she charge me another night (at this point I was just tired & wanted to sleep for at least 2 hrs before I needed to head to Lackland). The way she moved to the computer so fast to charge my card was insane to me. She literally could've just told me yes you can check in early but there'll be a fee. 1. Don’t lie to my face and make it sound like you don't have anything available 2. Is it so hard to have a ounce of humanity in your heart? You likely know that I'm visiting from out of town & you can visibly see that I'm tired. For you to not show a tiny bit of empathy for another person is baffling to me. Then for you to charge me full price to stay half a night was even more crazy to me. After returning from the 1st day of graduation I did speak with another receptionist and explained everything to her. She did understand my issue and said that they don't do discounts but

Bathroom door didn’t close. Shower didn’t drain properly and hadn’t been cleaned in some time. Front desk was nice and friendly upon arrival. Floor was soft and it felt as though you would fall through any second. Variety of breakfast options.

Decepcionado con el nulo servicio al cuarto que se me dio. 4 noches estuve y ni una sola vez fueron a limpiar la habitación. Hablé 3 veces por lo mismo y solo decían que lo iban a reportar al supervisor pero sin ningún resultado. Los alimentos eran pasables pero sin variedad. La ubicación es buena y será la última vez que lo visite y recomiende.

It was fresh but not very tasty. It lacked seasoning. Few hot options. Eggs done one way. No choice between bacon or sausage. They only offered sausage patties and they were cheap large frozen patties, not fresh. They didn't have enough table waffle irons or pancake machines. It caused quite a bottle neck with families waiting their turn. They have one small container to hold milk for cereal and other needs. It ran out frequently. No fruit options. Only one option for yogurt. For what's charged per room with excess deposit and parking fees.
