Top tier place to stay. The location and cost alone are worth it, but the communication and accessibility are also unrivaled perks to this location. The house was ready and beautiful on a short notice. Very grateful to have found this spot.

We stayed with our large family of 13 ranging from seniors to infants and had a wonderful time. The house, its accommodations and location were all great. The house had plenty of room and everyone loved the pool and rooftop terrace (great for sunsets across the bay and the kids loved watching the planes flying in and out of the airport). We did a mix of eating out and in, and the kitchen was sufficiently large and well-stocked to accommodate cooking for a large group, especially with the extra large 5-6 burner gas grill on the patio. The location was not only very convenient but we felt safe walking in the neighborhood at all times. The location was within easy walking distance to many restaurants, bars and Old Town, and just a 5 minute walk to the trolley/metro stop with a fast ride to downtown, the marina and the USS Midway. Many other sites were only short drives away, including Balboa Park, the zoo, Coronado Beach and La Jolla Cove. Even Temecula with all of its great wineries was only an hour away. Our host, Ali was easy to work with and very responsive. We did have an issue with the pool heater malfunctioning, but Ali and James took care of it promptly.Overall, a great vacation and I would highly recommend staying here.
