The Space:
Inside, the open layout seamlessly connects the living room, dining area, and kitchen, creating an inviting space for relaxing or entertaining. The living room features a cozy fireplace, stylish sofas, and abundant natural light streaming in through numerous windows. A flatscreen TV provides entertainment, while French doors open directly onto the expansive outdoor deck. The adjacent dining area has a table with seating for four, complemented by floor-to-ceiling windows that flood the space with natural light. The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, ample prep space, and a convenient breakfast bar with seating for three. The primary bedroom features a king-sized bed, French doors that open onto the deck, and an en-suite bathroom with a sleek shower. ‱ Parking is free on-site in the driveway, plus there is street parking.
‱ The washer and dryer are located in the garage. The garage is only for access to the laundry/no parking.
‱ Kindly note there will be mandatory bi-weekly cleanings for longer stays.
‱ Please note there is no air conditioning in the house.
‱ Pets ok with prior approval and $150 fee per pet.
‱ Events/parties and excessive noise are strictly prohibited.
‱ Smoking is not permitted.
‱ Pack n' play and high chair available for rent - $25 each plus tax
‱ Guest agrees that in outside areas there is no reasonable expectation of privacy and accepts the monitoring of the outside by security cameras. Guest agrees not to tamper with the security cameras.
‱ As part of our standard verification process, we kindly request that the guest signs an additional agreement and verifies ID. Your comfort and security are important to us.
‱ Payment terms vary by booking channel. When processed through platforms that allow us to manage payment directly, a 10% deposit is taken at booking, with the remaining balance automatically collected after the cancellation period, as outlined in the cancellation policy. For channels where we do not manage payment, the full reservation amount is due at the time of booking.

This property was accurately described and depicted on the VRBO site. Great neighborhood location, with plenty of indoor space and nicely outfitted. Check-in was a breeze and NXT was super responsive and persistent in resolving the one minor issue we had. Would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay this past weekend! This is a great house in a wonderful location a block from PLNU, nice walk to Sunset Cliffs and quick drive to Ocean Beach. Family lives down the street so if the need arises, we'd stay here again. As advertised, I was given check-in information a day before. The management company checked in with me daily via text, which I appreciated and check out was smooth.

Disappointed with description and lack of follow up

The description of the property showed that there were 3 queen beds. There were only 2. The third bedroom had a twin futon. There was not enough room for our guests to sleep. The picture on the listing was not accurate either. I contacted the host and there was little follow through to help. They acknowledged that the description and pictures did not match the home. They stated they would give me a refund for on
