This apartment has new carpet, paint, and small fixtures but old appliances that make for a quintessential beach-living weekend. This southern-facing unit offers incredible daytime lighting that fills the living areas. Just 15 steps outside and you’ll be looking at the Pacific.
A space heater is provided as the primary heating source for the property.
