Emily was a wonderful hostess and the property was exactly as described. Everything was super clean and very quiet. It was in a very nice neighborhood and we felt very safe there. One of the reasons we booked here was for the access to the washer and dryer, which was wonderful. Emily supplied everything we needed to use the laundry. We also had excellent parking right in the driveway.Her place is small, but perfect for the two of us. The bathroom was large and comfortable. The kitchen facilities were all we needed. While there is not a stove top, there is an induction burner if you need that. I was happy for the full-size refrigerator and the coffee pot in the microwave and the dishes. Everything that we needed was there The bedding was very comfortable. What we really appreciated most was Emily prior to our stay. There was the possibility that she was going to have some construction going on at her home and she called me in advance to make sure that that we knew about that and to see if we needed any special accommodations, which I thought was very nice of her. As it turned out, that did not happen, but she was a very considerate host.One other thing about this property is it is super convenient to Balboa Park, the Zoo, Old Town, Seaworld, Liberty Market, the Airport and Port It was easy getting on and off the freeway in about a 10 to 15 minute drive to anywhere you wanna go. We definitely would stay there again.
