This property is an older one and could use some updating. However, the room was clean and the check-in was helpful and easy. The location is good and I have no complaints.

Up a BIG hill, staff at check in did not tell of any amenities as coffee, pastries at breakfast, and had to reset my room card twice as it did not work...for the price go elsewhere...

Basic lower end hotel, maybe 2 stars. No discussion of any amenities at check in. And room key deactivated twice in only a 2 day stay.

Loved the pastries and coffee every morning. All employees were very nice and friendly. Hyden, one of the front desk attendants even printed our boarding passes for us when we were having problems ! We really appreciated his help. Great service !

Super basic amenities but excellent customer service, friendliness, distance form everything we wanted to see. They were so helpful with any questions we had even provided a map. Maybe a heavier blanket or comforter but other than that. Fantastic stay. My son and I really liked it. Again walkable to everything we wanted specially Chinatown.

Great property location, clean, bedding could be upgraded for more comfort and would be nice if they had an ice machine. Overall, a very nice place for the price.

property was conveniently located in the heart of town, near many good eating places, good transportation. The staff was very helpful and allowed us to do an early check in. When we checked out they held onto our luggage securely. Bare but enough amenities to make our stay very comfortable. .Will definitely come back again

Liked: Place was very simple and felt more like you were in a home than a hotel, which made it more comfortable. Didn't like: Sometimes I would hear noise. The internet went out. I had to wait for my room to be clean before I would occupy it.
