Lovely hotel to stay at, for a trip to SF

Front desk staff were great, very polite and extremely helpful. Room was very spacious and overall the hotel was nice and quiet despite being busy.

Good location easily walkable from the BART station and cable car terminus on Powell Street, easy to get around. Cold continental breakfast with option to purchase hot dishes. Room was on the small side but not unusual for city centre location. Overall a decent stay and would happily stay again

Comfort and convenience. That's what I liked about my stay. Close to BART/Muni/Cable Cars. Easy to get around. Staff was very helpful and nice people. My room was cleaned promptly every day and always looked great. Bathroom was shiny clean; small but fully equipped. The bed and pillows were very comfortable as well. The room could use a slipper chair. There were only two high chairs and a high top table. Not a problem for me, but some may not like as much. Plenty of room for another chair.

Room was noisy due to the air conditioners from other rooms and unable to control the noise. Air conditioner from room above dripped water onto our air conditioner constantly, 24hrs a day, chinese water treatment.

Overall, the property was very nice and right in the middle of everything. The reason for the stars is because I left something at the hotel and called the same weekend about it. I never received a response. One would hope for better customer service.
