Completamente decepcionados de este hotel. Las condiciones de mi habitación no fueron las mejores. Piso roto, bañera en mal estado,toallas manchadas, lavadora,secadora y máquina de hielo fuera de servicio. Entre otras cosas. Definitivamente no volveremos a hospedarnos ya que en las condiciones que se encuentra este hotel no vale para nada la tarifa por noche.

Loved staying here. Everyone was so nice and welcoming. I love that they had the casino with food for convince as well. Also, the place is located near highway which was fantastic and there were so many local stores.

Un lugar cómodo, familiar y limpio. Personal muy atento y amable. Desayuno buffet incluido. Estacionamiento cómodo. Comida buena en restaurante vecino (Sazón). Única oportunidad encontrada y de preocupación fueron las licencias de los ascensores expiradas desde noviembre 2024 (visita en mayo 2025). Se le notificó al personal por lo que espero que lo hayan trabajado.

Bathroom faucet smaller than the counter. Water running to the floor. Electricity went out almost every day. Water presure so low. You cant connect the blower, breaker strip if you do. Parking cost the same of my room bill. A total disaster. Never come back
