There was a beautiful ocean view out the window/patio doors on the far side of the apartment. Everything was just as described and all amenities were included. It was walking distance to SO many shops and restaurants, as well as the beach. I would definitely stay here again if I'm in the Condado area.Note: Parking in the garage needs to be specifically arranged beforehand to ensure that the process is easy.

Upon arrival, one elevator was broken. We got conned out of 20 by Wanda. Couch was uncomfortable and so were the dining chairs. Get a coffee maker. The laundry room is a ripoff. Thanks but no thanks!

This place will not disappoint. Jacqueline is amazing extremely kind and helpful. Location, view, amenities, secure, parking, convenience, ect! Everything’s exactly what you need for a short or long vacay. I would recommend. PLEASE don’t second guess.

Excellent Location and Studio

This unit is at the heart of all the action in El Condado, with security 24hrs. Walking distance to shops, market, restaurants, the beach and hotel/casinos. Whatever you are looking for this will be your studio. if you want to just relax and have a good time, just stay at the balcony with the magnificent views of San Juan. I personally stayed with my wife until 2:00am almost every night just talking and relaxing, I am already missing it. The communication with the owner is great, simple to check in and out instructions. I will be back to this studio.

Out of all the years we have stayed at vacation homes, Jacqueline was by far our most gracious host. She genuinely cared that we had a wonderful stay in Puerto Rico. The building is quiet, the neighborhood is safe, walkable, close to restaurants and grocery stores, and is within a block of the nearest beach. Great rental!!!

Amazing high floor property. Very well maintained. Quick 15-20 minute ride from the airport. Neighborhood is quite touristy but there are plenty of restaurants with local charm. 2 minute walk to the beach. Jacqueline’s communication and follow up were great. The whole experience was seamless, will definitely stay here again!

I can’t even explain how clean this condo is, the view is breathtaking! I was so skeptical about booking Jacqueline condo bc of the no cancellation policy, however I am so glad I did! I will definitely recommend and if I go back I will book with Jacqueline again!! I love it!!! Everything is walking distance, no need to rent a car! So many places to eat and there’s even casinos across the street! Don’t look just book!
